Meet Dahlia ♡

Dahlia arrived carefully in the studio, as many of them do, revealing her personality little by little as she was made. Elegant and full of colour, she dances through the garden like a burst of summer. She knows every secret path between the flower beds.

With her long blonde hair and delicately, embroidered dress she carries the gentle charm of a doll who looks as though she might full of life and fun!

She wears a handmade cotton embroidered dress and cotton legwarmers, carefully chosen from beautiful new and vintage fabrics. 

Each Claire Leblond doll is entirely handmade in my Auckland studio using thoughtfully selected luxury and upcycled materials. No two dolls are ever the same — each one slowly revealing her own personality as she is created.

By the time she is finished, she feels less like something I have made and more like someone who has quietly arrived.
She is ready now to find the home where her story will continue.
