Meet Poppy ♡

Poppy arrived boldly in the studio, as many of them do, revealing her personality little by little as she was made. Bold, bright, and impossible to ignore, she brings laughter wherever she goes. Her pockets are always filled with petals and tiny garden treasures

With her long red hair and delicately, embroidered vintage skirt, she carries the gentle charm of a doll who looks as though she might full of life and fun! She wears a handmade cotton vintage circle skirt, cotton caplet and legwarmers, carefully chosen from beautiful new and vintage fabrics.

Each Claire Leblond doll is entirely handmade in my Auckland studio using thoughtfully selected luxury and upcycled materials. No two dolls are ever the same — each one slowly revealing her own personality as she is created.

By the time she is finished, she feels less like something I have made and more like someone who has quietly arrived.
She is ready now to find the home where her story will continue.
